Internal Information System



The Giró Group's Internal Information System (hereinafter "IIS") is an essential part of the Group's Criminal Compliance and Prevention Model. This System constitutes a means to help members of the Giró Group and third parties not belonging to the Group to confidentially and, if they so wish, anonymously report any conduct that deviates from the Code of Ethics or that violates applicable legislation.
Communications to the IPD Internal Information Channel may be made in any of the following ways:

  1. Sending an email with the communication to: crp@giropack.com
  2. Calling to: +34 659 78 16 47
  3. By sending a written communication to the attention of the Head of the Internal Information System of the Giró Group, to the following postal address: c/ Jaume Ribó 35-37 1º B Badalona 08911, (Barcelona), Spain

At the request of the informant made through any of the identified channels, the communication may also be submitted by means of a face-to-face meeting within a maximum period of seven days.
