GBF 100: New net bag box filler

Giró introduces the new GBF 100, the bag box filling machine to complement any Giró packaging line. With this machine, the last step in the packaging line (fill the boxes with the net bags) becomes automatic, saving labor cost in your packaging plant. Giró Box Filler GBF 100 is capable to fill up to 100 bags per minute allowing the most common box sizes in the fruit market (600x400) both plastic or carton. GBF 100 includes a vibrating/compacting device ensuring the proper positioning of the bags inside the box. The machine can be complemented with a weight control / rejection system and/or a box feeder device to automatically supply the boxes.
